Press passes. Everyone wants one and it takes up a lot of our time to check credentials and media background. So we usually punt and give away a ton of them. And then get really nothing in return except you arguing with our door people about how you also need your 3 family members to get free wristbands "to carry equipment”. 

So here’s how it's going to go. There are 12 press pass slots. We will give 6 to our longtime favorite folks who stay out of the way, get great shots, and share them with us. If you want one of the additional 6, tell us why, what you’ve done and where the photos/video will end up.  Otherwise just buy a ticket and a pit pass.  It takes a lot of $$ to put this Race on and we're exhausted by the number of people trying to get in for free.
